Is a series of targeted exercises aimed to reduce the difference between agonist and antagonist muscles (i.e. external VS internal rotators of shoulder). It has been proven that any body part has to stay between a specific ratio of strength, failing of doing so might lead to reduction of performance and increased risk of injury.
