Return-To-Play is defined as the process of deciding when an injured athlete may safely return to practice or competition. The goal is to return to competition without putting the individual or others at undue risk for injury or illness. It’s done by a thorough process of restoring, and finally testing, all the abilities required in that specific sport like strength, coordination, agility and sport specific movement.
